You will be getting 2 messages from us. The first will be a confirmation of your purchase along with domain-related details we will need to verify with you before we start the installation process.
The second message will be sent to you 2-3 days after our initial confirmation, and will contain a link to your fully installed shop. The access details (username and password) which you will be needing to customize the template into your own, will also be included in this email.
Our templates are pre-made and come packaged with all the tools & services you’ll need to go online for a full year. So other than a domain name (if you choose to buy it yourself), you will only need your logo, product photos and a script about your business to start building your online store. After this, it’s all about simply hitting that “Launch” button.
Yes you can. But if you would like to keep things simple and code-free at your end, we recommend we do this for your instead. Doing this allows us to take care of all the technical stuff for you and delivering your website in full – – – your theme, domain, hosting, and SSL licenses all together in one neat little to-go package.
Provided your domain is not attached to any existing site, we will just need you to provide us access to your domain host/provider for us to hook it up to your template.
