The Dashboard Menu

Located on the left side of your screen, the Dashboard Menu allows you to navigate to a variety of tools behind your site such as posts, your media library, pages, and other pre-installed plugins. We’ll define the ones you will be using heavily as you customize your shop.

• Media Library. The Media Library consists of images, audio, videos, and other files used in your site. Here you can view, add, edit or delete any media-related objects if you don’t need them.
• Pages. This tab will show you the pages that have been created for your site. Specifically for your shop, you will see page names such as Home, Shop, Contact, and other sections. We’ve already created these for you so all you need to do is to edit them.
• WooCommerce. Simply put, this is a plugin that transforms your site into a customizable eCommerce store! From here you can set up details about your business such as your location, currency you can accept, payment modes you offer, taxes, shipping, and many more. Like much of the parts of your site, we’ve taken care of placing in some general settings for your shop. But if you’d like to make changes and do more, please head out to our WooCommerce guide.
• Products. This tab contains all your products, their categories, prices, inventory status, and much more. We’ve placed in some samples here to get you started easily, but still recommend you go through our specific guide for this, as you start customizing your shop with your own inventory of products.
• Elementor. Simply put, this is the amazing template editor that allows you to change anything and everything in your shop easily. Change photos & text, drag and drop features (widgets), and literally design your shop live, visually, and code-free! We’ve included Essential Addons too for greater power and design flexibility.
• Appearance. This tab is the home for several deeper segments that enable you to manage the look and feel of your site. But since we’ve taken care of most of the stuff in this area, a few quick tweaks are all that’s needed from you here.
